**Position Overview:**

As a Mold Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure molds are maintained to uphold quality standards and prevent contamination, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Your role demands attention to detail, safety, and timeliness. We're seeking someone proactive, positive, and committed to continuous learning to become a vital asset in our tool room.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform mold maintenance to maintain quality standards and prevent contamination.

- Conduct mold conversions and insert changes.

- Collaborate across departments with a keen eye for quality and detail.

- Execute all tasks safely, prioritizing our commitment to safety.

- Demonstrate high organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft products.

- Utilize machining abilities, primarily in milling and lathe work.

- Work in tight spaces, such as inside presses when necessary, showcasing mechanical aptitude.

- Master cleaning tasks promptly and progress to additional responsibilities.

- Plan and complete projects ahead of schedule, actively seeking more tasks.

- Identify errors or issues and implement proactive solutions.

- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift.

**Professional Profile:**

- Mechanical aptitude with a natural curiosity and no limitations for heavier lifting, pushing, and pulling.

- Forklift experience is advantageous.

- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).

- Positive attitude and dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.

- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

**Working Hours:** Approximately 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
